SURPRISE!!! We have finally finished my very first music video! This is a project I have wanted to start for a long time and I have soooo many people to recognize and thank for making this vision a reality. First, I want to thank my dear friend Nick Rice, the extremely talented choreographer and director of this piece that reached out to me this summer about collaborating. I am so appreciative of the opportunity I had to work with you and I am so thankful for your efforts! Not only can you choreograph an entire routine in a matter of days but you can direct the music video as well?! Second I want to thank the dancers including: Anna Gass Ellen Bogue Gabby Leonard Sidney Novak All of these talented women played the role perfectly and were open to trying anything with the space we had. I genuinely appreciate your patience with taking as many shots as we could without a single person complaining or questioning the idea. I am so thankful I met such wonderful people! These lovely skirts were created by Dora Novak and Jacob Kuperman for the Iowa Choreography Festival. These two were nice enough to let us use them for the music video! Thank you! I also want to shout out The Barnum Factory for letting us rent out basically the entire building with such short notice. The murals on the walls and all the props made this piece visually pleasing.
